What is TENET?
TENET is a Layer-1 Ecosystem for LSDs, dedicated to unlocking liquidity and safely increasing yields.
We are first to market in building multiple new DeFi primitives, which we believe have the power to revolutionize the DeFi landscape. LSDs are now the largest vertical in DeFi ($18B) and yet no one has figured out how to extract liquidity and utility from them. Tenet solves that. Our core technology focuses on improving the 3 keystones of DeFi:
Security: The most secure blockchain ever created. Diversified PoS verification uses liquid staking derivatives of major networks to participate in validation. This makes TENET harder to break than the combined strength of Ethereum, BNB Chain, MATIC, Polkadot, etc.
Liquidity: Staked positions represented as Liquid LSDs (“LLSDs”) that can then be utilized in our DeFi ecosystem all powered by $veTenet, our voting escrow token, which controls all the reward gauges of block rewards and native apps in our ecosystem.
Simplicity: Tenet’s retail friendly wallet, Eva, designed to onboard retail investors to Tenet DeFi. It will allow users to stake assets, re-stake to tenet, optimize LSDs within our ecosystem, and provide the industry’s first Mobile Wallet AI chat, to help users find DeFi information and interact with pre-approved on-chain actions.
All of this comes together in Tenet’s ecosystem of native and third party apps dedicated to LSDs. Native apps include an LSD stablecoin, LSDC, the first ever stablecoin backed by a basket of decentralized, interest-bearing collateral and secured by omnichain governance; and Metadrome, an LSD AMM for bringing deep liquidity to LSDs on the Tenet network.
What makes TENET unique?
TENET has a vast number of unique factors that make it the most advanced DeFi blockchain ever developed.
It is the only active EVM layer-1 operating on Cosmos. This delivers maximum composability of money, while making development exceptionally easy. All Cosmos assets can natively move to TENET. The vast code libraries of EVM networks like Ethereum can likewise be used on TENET.
The blockchain’s consensus model is an industry-first:
Validate through major token’s liquid staking derivatives. This makes TENET welcoming to other blockchains rather than an aggressive competitor.
Validation through major network’s tokens makes TENET the hardest network to attack, as it has the combined security of Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, and other networks.
The ability to mint LSDC (Liquid Staking Dollar Coin) from the LSDs that validate TENET give major liquidity advantages. Network validators have an added layer of liquidity on TENET, while they earn the yields of the LSDs. This makes DeFi instantly more liquid on the TENET blockchain.
Tenet is also the first blockchain to be run on native gauges. Similar to Curve Finance, the Tenet token can be staked for veTenet and vote on how rewards will be distributed throughout the LSDs and apps on its entire native ecosystem. Tenet is the first blockchain to ever do this at the base level, allowing a new era of what's possible from a Layer-1 token.
The projects most similar to ours are Eigen Layer and Berachain.
What is TENET roadmap?
TENET revenue streams
TENET prominently generates fees through gas and fees throughout its native ecosystem.
The foundation generates income by holding all $TENET as veTenet, allowing it to generate income from the following streams without selling tokens:
- Network transaction fees
- Fees on any revenue earned by LSDs in our ecosystem
- Fee for Tenet LSD redemption
- Fees from the borrowing and redemption of $LSDC (Tenet native stablecoin)
- Fees from tenet native lending market and DEX
- Revenue will also be generated from fees within Eva Wallet - for example through a small spread on swaps, zaps, and our yield optimizer products
How does TENET work?
TENET blockchain is home to a variety of core foundation products at launch. Some notable examples:
- DiPoS: Diversified Proof of Stake infrastructure layer that allows LSDs to stake to chain
- veTenet: Voting gauges for controlling reward distributions throughout the native ecosystem
- LSDC: The industry’s first over-collateralized interest bearing stablecoin, minted via basket of LSD collateral, with zero exposure to any banks.
- Eva: Keyless wallet compatible with the needs of billions of non-technical people. No private key management needed and AI turns voice or text commands to actions on-chain.
- Metadrome: Our Native LSD Dex for pooling LSD assets to make Meta LSD assets.
What is TENET marketing strategy?
TENET has taken a no-VC approach to ensure it’s a truly decentralized network. An absolute advantage of this is that the public gets the only access to the network token distribution.
The approach is expected to generate tens of thousands of holders on day 1, making it among the most distributed and well-adopted networks instantly. Eva plays a core role in this.
The launch campaign offers community members to become active on Eva. Its ease of use and keyless opt-in make it the most technologically accessible network. This is expected to draw in over a million wallets.
What technologies TENET created and used?
Diversified Proof of Stake
Use liquid staking derivatives of major blockchains to participate in TENET’s network consensus.
- LSDC. A truly decentralized stablecoin minted through a collateral of diversified LSDs.
- Eva. The keyless TENET wallet with AI integrations to make DeFi, NFTs, and on-chain transactions accessible to anyone, without a knowledge barrier of crypto.
- DeFi-GPT. A TENET-native generative AI that allows users to learn more about tokens and DeFi through our custom GPT model.
